And While We're on the Subject of Temporal Anomalies...

A few astute readers may be wondering about this week's "Temporal Anomaly Tee", so we thought it may help to offer a bit of an explanation.

To get the ball rolling, here are a couple of links:

The first is an article by Stephen Hawking that relates to the science time travel.

And second, an SMBC cartoon poking fun at the idea of having a party for time travellers.

Done reading? Ok, so our take on all this was to create a "Temporal Anomaly T-Shirt". Basically, like Dr. Hawking's party, we're going to sell a special tee on a specific day with a hidden URL. Then a few weeks later, we'll announce when and where the tee was available, so that it may only have been purchased by time travellers.

Don't worry, to ensure distinguishably the special tee will be slightly different than the regular version. However, we won't reveal those differences until the official announcement of when the tee was for sale.

We don't know what exactly will happen, obviously, if we sell any tees on the day that they're available, it's a good indication that time travel is at work. However, it is possible that we may not gain memory of the sales on that day until they have actually happened in our linear existence, i.e. at some unknown point in the future, we may just suddenly gain the knowledge that a sale happened in the past.

Or, we could actually be creating diverging multiple realities where the tee both purchased and not purchased by time travellers. Whatever way it goes, stay tuned for the latest announcements about this exciting project!
